Austrian Airlines continues flights to Dubrovnik in October but with reduced operations

By  Sep 22, 2020

Austrian Airlines has released its flight schedule for October and the airline will operate to three Croatian airports, Zagreb, Split and Dubrovnik, although with a reduced timetable.

As confirmed to us by this airline, due to travel restrictions, the company still decided to reduce the number of weekly flights to Croatia and end its traffic to Split earlier, reports Croatian Aviation.

Austrian Airlines flights from Vienna to Dubrovnik operated 6 times a week this summer season. And these flights will continue up to and including October 23, although the frequency of operations will decrease.

From October 2 to 5, Austrian Airlines will operate four flights a week to Dubrovnik, on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. And then from 11 to 18 October, two flights a week have been announced, on Fridays and Sundays. And then from October 19 to 23, two flights a week are announced, Mondays and Sundays.

The Vienna-Split route operated 6 times a week during the summer flight schedule, every day except Tuesday. Although Austrian planned to operate on this route throughout October, due to restrictions and low demand, the last flight will be earlier than planned - on October 10. From 1 October to 10 October, the Vienna-Split route will be open three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays in the afternoon.
