The works on the arrangement of the Niko and Medo Pucic Promenade are progressing well and the last 90 meters of the extension are nearing completion, which will end the most demanding works on the promenade.

So far, 140 meters of the promenade have been widened, and after the completion of the works, the new width will be 2.40 meters with an additional 20 centimeters to accommodate the fence. In about ten days, the installation of a pedestrian fence on its extended part will begin. It is planned that the expansion works and the installation of the fence will be completed by July 1st.

In the coming days, the construction of the promenade from "Tricikl" to Villa Elite will be started. This is followed by work on grinding the base and installing stone paneling, and the installation of lighting fixtures and urban equipment.

The previous phase of works included the construction of 150 meters of the missing water supply network and the installation of all necessary electrical installations, including cables for the new public lighting.

Just a reminder - the complete arrangement of the Niko and Medo Pucic Promenade includes the rehabilitation of the southern sub-wall, arrangement of the ground floor, installation of new public lighting, arrangement of the hydrant network with underground hydrants, and removal of old and installation of new, standardized urban equipment.
