World Tourism Day to be marked in Dubrovnik with a special concert

The traditional concert on the occasion of the World Tourism Day, organized by the Dubrovnik Tourist Board and the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra will be held on Friday, September 27th in front of the Cathedral, starting at 7 pm.

The Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Marc Tardue, has prepared a rich program of film, popular and Latin music to traditionally mark the World Tourism Day. They will play music from well-known films such as The Godfather, Memories of a Geisha and The Scent of a Woman, while Latin hits will also be performed by a trumpet soloist, Dzemal Cakic. The musicians will be joined by Nevio Koncic, who will sing several well-known love songs, such as "Sto to bjese ljubav", "Romanca" and "Your song".
