Three-millionth overnight stay in Dubrovnik realized a week earlier than last year

According to the eVisitor tourist check-in and check-out system, not counting the nautical data, the three-millionth overnight stay in Dubrovnik was realized on August 21st, seven days earlier than in 2018, which confirms how excellent the tourist season is.

From January 1st to August 21st this year there were 980 365 arrivals in Dubrovnik, which is an increase of 14 percent compared to the last year, and 3,000,285 overnight stays, which is 6 percent more than last year.

Since the beginning of the year, most guests arrived in Dubrovnik from the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Germany, Spain, Croatia, Australia, Ireland, Italy and Finland. There were significant increases from certain markets compared to the same period last year, such as the US with 16 percent increase in arrivals and 16 percent in overnight stays, followed by France with 13 percent increase in arrivals and 11 percent in overnight stays, Germany with 59 percent increase in arrivals and 12 percent in overnight stays and Ireland with a 34 percent increase in arrivals and 34 percent in overnight stays.
