Seven fines of 10 thousand kuna were issued yesterday due to improperly installed ATMs in the historic core of Dubrovnik, which was followed by inspection today. The inspection discovered that two more ATMs were removed from the shop windows. One was at Boskovic Street, while the other was on Stradun.
Users of other premises after expiration of the 30 days after the Decision ordering the removal of the installed ATMs, and after yesterday's fines, will today be issued a mandatory misdemeanor order in accordance with the Decision on Utility Order.
Mandatory misdemeanor warrants and fines will be issued every next day for failure to comply with a decision by the City of Dubrovnik to prevent the improper placement of ATMs in shop windows in the historic center, which has recently undermined the appearance of UNESCO's monumental heritage.
