Assets and the Dogus Group companies in Croatia are not in the process of selling - they said in a statement to the press, adding that they are heading in the opposite direction and are focused on our operational business and investment planning, including the Maraska project in Zadar.

The Dogus Group is active in seven core sectors and industries, including the automotive industry, construction, media, tourism and services, real estate, energy, and food and drink. The Group employs more than 300 companies, and in such a large conglomerate in certain cycles there is a logical approach to changing business strategies, and the group in co-operation with banks is currently working on repaying maturing loans. Also, the Dogus Group is currently negotiating certain strategic partnerships that will further strengthen the position of the group – it’s explained from the company.
