When it comes to the traffic situation in Dubrovnik, expect the unexpected. A reader of The Dubrovnik Times sent us this short video of a car that had parked badly and blocked the road having to physically moved.

“Three of us nearly missed our flight due to a badly parked car blocking the Kardinala Stepinca street at 10.30 yesterday morning,” commented the eye-witness. Adding that motorists were held up for 40 minutes while the car was literally bounced to one side.
