During July, there were 410,626 arrivals and 2,066,277 overnight stays in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, which is roughly equal to the figures from July 2017.
From the beginning of the year until the end of July 1.2 million tourists have arrived in the county and achieved 4.6 million overnight stays. This is an increase in tourist arrivals of 6 percent and overnight stays of 4 percent compared to the same period from last year.
Most overnight stays were made by guests from the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, the United States, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and France.
And the indicators from the tourism industry is that the end of the season could well be just as busy as the main season. Airlines will generally fly a couple of weeks later into the year than last year, and with the introduction of a few airlines through the winter period 2018 could well go into the record books as the best year ever for Dubrovnik tourism.
