Taxi driver returns lost wallet with 2100 euros to cruiser tourist

By  May 17, 2018

New CEO of Dubrovnik Port Zeljko Raguz shared an interesting story that happened today on his Facebook profile.

-What a story! As today is a "cruiser day", the number of tourists passing through the port has increased – Raguz writes, adding that among the numerous tourists one taxi driver appeared with a wallet that has been left in his vehicle.

The wallet has been taken by the port operator, who contacted the police. The interesting fact is that, with many personal documents, there was 2100 euros in the wallet! With the fast reaction, tourist was found on the cruiser and was quite delighted with the reaction of taxi driver.

-As it became popular to degrade taxi drivers, I would like to thank the young taxi driver Petar Turudic who returned the wallet as well as the port operator for quick intervention. We should be proud of this kind of Dubrovnik and I'm the happiest CEO of the world – Raguz wrote.

This is really praise worthy!
