The maritime search for the remaining three missing people involved in the accident in the Koločep Channel continued today from 6.30 am. The search action is taking place in the wider area of the Koločep Channel in the Dubrovnik area and submarines, ships and helicopters are all involved.
Two submarines from the Croatian Coast Guard equipped with high-definition optical devices and sonar have been searching the channel this morning as well as divers. As well as the official vessels from the maritime police, Croatia Mountain Rescue, Croatian Coast Guard and Ministry of defence there are also five civil boats assisting including fishing boats.
The tragedy that occurred on the night of the 25th of April at 9.20pm has so far claimed four lives, with three people still missing and two survivors. The Dubrovnik State Attorney's Office confirmed on Friday the identity of the four fatalities - Alen Perišić (45), Jeli Kobaš (58), Daniel Kobeš (39) and Barry John Bandur (55). Marina Vuletić (23), Tomislav Belak (27) and Bojan Stoiljković (37) are still in the register of missing persons.
