It is well-known that the historic Old City of Dubrovnik is a pedestrian only; all vehicles have to have a special license from the city council to enter onto the stone streets. There are however some exceptions to this rule, well we are not even sure if this “vehicle” falls under the size category to be granted a licence.

This young local certainly had fun driving his Mini down the Stradun today and managed to turn the heads of passersby. And his Mini had room for a friend; our gentleman driver took his sister for a spin along the Stradun.
