Last night in Dubrovnik, the first and only restaurant in Croatia offering a spectacular gastronomic experience at a height of 50 metres opened - Dinner in the Sky Dubrovnik!

And yes, of course we were among the first to try this new bird-like dining experience!

The restaurant is located in Babin Kuk, or rather above this city area, and the concept is based on a top-notch culinary experience on a platform that rises 50 metres high, where a true little gastronomic magic begins with a unique view. The platform for 22 people slowly rotates, allowing guests to enjoy the panorama of the city, the Elaphiti Islands, and the expanse of the sea, pretty much everything a bird would see.

Behind this unique idea are Ivan and Kristina Ivušić, who, along with their partners Miran Bilić and Dražen Stjepić, decided to provide Dubrovnik with this truly unforgettable experience. They turned the idea into reality in a very short time and have already recorded huge interest at the very beginning.

With the warm hosts, we also embarked on this unforgettable sky-high gastronomic adventure with a million-dollar view. There might have been some discomfort due to the height at the very beginning, but it disappeared as soon as we soared into the air with an incredible view spreading in all directions. Interestingly, at an altitude of 50 metres, all fear vanishes. Especially since sitting at such a height, you literally feel that guest safety is a priority in this 'hanging' restaurant.

Accompanied by pleasant music, we had the opportunity to try the specialties of this unusual 'sky' restaurant. The menu included fish, vegetarian, and meat options. We chose the latter and were delighted. Tasting top-notch specialties in the air, close to the stars, is an unforgettable experience.
