On the occasion of Earth Day, the Dubrovnik Tourist Board announces free Flower Concerts, which will take place on the 21st and the 22nd of April in the beautiful ambiance of the garden of the Crijević Pucić Summer Residence, located at Branitelja Dubrovnika 29.
These special events will be enriched with classical music, accompanied by stunning floral decorations created by the talented Kristina Skvrce, creating a magical atmosphere in the garden of the Summer Residence. Visitors will be able to indulge in specially crafted cakes adorned with sugared flowers and a cake prepared according to a Renaissance recipe with “Rozulina” (rose liqueur).
As part of the Flower Concerts, at 6:00 PM, the distinguished art historian, Ivan Viđen, will hold an inspiring lecture titled "Summer Retreats at the Gates of the City: Insights into the History of the Summer Residences", providing visitors with a unique understanding into the rich history of this exceptional historical site.
After the lecture, at 6:30 PM, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy an exceptional musical experience with a performance by the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra String Quartet, consisting of Đana Kahriman on violin, Iva Vukić on violin, Šimun Končić on viola, and Mihaela Martinović on cello.
In case of bad weather, the concerts will not take place.
