The Head of the Administrative Department for Property Management, General, and Legal Affairs of the City of Dubrovnik has announced a public tender for employment in the position of Advisor 1, on an indefinite basis. A specialist in surveying or a Master of Law with at least three years of work experience is required.

According to the information published by the City of Dubrovnik, the gross salary for the advisor position is 1,534 euros, without allowances. This amount includes, among other things, 0.5% for each completed year of work experience.

The job description states that the advisor, sought by the city administration, will participate in the process of acquiring and disposing of properties, recording properties owned by the City of Dubrovnik, procedures for establishing easements and construction rights, land registry renewal, cadastral surveys, determination of property boundaries, etc.
