After a public tender, the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure made a decision on the allocation of budget funds intended for the construction, rehabilitation and reconstruction in ports open to public traffic of county and local importance.

The Port Authority of Dubovačko-Neretvanska County was granted funds in the amount of one million and 160 thousand euro for the execution of works on the project of rehabilitation of a part of the coast and the construction of a jetty in the port of Cavtat, which is also the largest amount approved in this public call.

The Ministry also made a decision on the allocation of budget funds intended for the co-financing of rehabilitation and reconstruction of maritime property in general use. Three projects will be co-financed in the area of Dubrovnik-Neretva County. The municipality of Orebić was granted the amount of 60 thousand euro for the construction of a coastal wall in the Borak settlement, the municipality of Slivno received one hundred thousand euro for the rehabilitation and extension of the pier in the settlement of Klek, and the municipality of Župa Dubrovačka 60 thousand euro for the rehabilitation of the maritime property along the Srebreno-Kupari promenade.
