The transaction by which Karisma Resorts International became the sole owner of KHA čerti Ltd., the majority owner of Hotel Plat in Dubrovnik, has been fully completed, writes Dubrovacki Vjesnik.

"This transaction will pave the way for the revitalization of Hotel Plat and related tourist facilities in the town of Plat, for which there were previously ambitious plans, but the challenging economic and epidemiological context in the last few years put those plans on the back burner. By fully taking over ownership and management, Karisma wants to enable the realization of ambitious plans for Hotel Plat in terms of the best global practices integrated into the local community and ecological standards,” stated the company.

And added “It is, namely, one of the most beautiful parts of the County of Dubrovnik, located 15 kilometres from the city of Dubrovnik and only 10 kilometres from Dubrovnik Airport, with great potential for additional tourism development, but also for the development of the local community, primarily through contribution to the budget, using the local workforce and cooperation with local suppliers of products and services.”
