In the first half of this week around 13,500 tourists stayed in Dubrovnik as the tourist season continues strongly in September. The indicators are that October will be just as busy in the region and all signs show that this years figures will be close to the record breaking year of 2019.

The most numerous tourists in the city this week, and in fact this season, were from the UK, followed by guests from the US, Germany, France, Ireland, Canada and Poland.

These official figures represent an increase of 35 percent compared to the same period from last year, and 24 percent less than from the same period in 2019.
