United Airlines Resumes Seasonal Service Between Dubrovnik and New York

United Airlines has resumed its four-times weekly nonstop seasonal service between Dubrovnik Airport and New York/Newark with the first flight departing Dubrovnik today.

The service is set to operate until 29 September 2022.

“We are delighted to return to Dubrovnik in 2022 and resume nonstop services to the United States,” said Bob Schumacher, United Regional Director Sales. “With the return of service to New York/Newark, our customers in Croatia can take advantage of a direct connection to the U.S., as well as an unrivalled route network from United’s hub at New York/Newark, offering convenient nonstop connections to over 90 destinations across the Americas.”

"We are extremely pleased to announce that from today until 29 September this year, Dubrovnik and New York (Newark Airport) are connected once again with a direct flight operated by the eminent airline, United Airlines,” said Frano Luetić, Dubrovnik Airport CEO. “Following the success of last year's direct route which proved to be in great demand, United Airlines decided to operate four weekly rotations this summer season. It's also important to mention the lifting of U.S. visa requirements for citizens of the Republic of Croatia which is a great benefit for travel.”

These direct flights from New York to Dubrovnik with United Airlines will operate four times a week, United’s service from Dubrovnik to New York/Newark is operated with Boeing 767-300 aircraft, featuring 30 United business, 46 Economy Plus and 138 economy seats. United has served Croatia since 2021, and Dubrovnik si the only Croatian connection for the airline.
