In the last 24 hours, 607 new cases of Covid-19 were recorded in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County.
This represents one of the highest daily number of new cases, with the record being the 4th of January this year when 646 new cases were recorded.
These new cases are 226 from Dubrovnik, 127 from Metković, 59 from Ploče, 41 from Župa dubrovačka, 37 from Konavle, 30 from Orebić, 26 from Opuzen, 13 from Vela Luka, ten from Blato, eight from Korčula, five from Mljet and from Slivno, four from Dubrovačko primorje, three from Kula Norinska, Smokvica, Ston and Zažablje and two from Lumbarda and Trpanj.
Three men from Dubrovnik died (born in 1956, 1941 and 1934).
232 people recovered: 99 from Dubrovnik, 35 from Župa dubrovačka, 31 from Konavle, 24 from Metković, five from Ploče, Korčula and Opuzen, four from Blato, Ston, Pojezerje and Slivno, three from Lastovo, two from Lumbarda and Orebić and one from Dubrovačko primorje, Kula Norinska, Vela Luka, Smokvica and Zažablje.
In the last 24 hours, 1,273 samples were processed, and since the beginning of the pandemic, a total of 203,200 samples have been analysed.
69 people tested positive for coronavirus were hospitalized in the Dubrovnik General Hospital, seven patients require intensive care and are on respirators.
1,974 people are in self-isolation, and no violation of the self-isolation measure has been recorded in the last 24 hours.
