“Three years ago, when I was a guest on the CNN show Quest Means Business and talked about the sustainability of tourism and the Respect The City program, I considered it one of the biggest commercials for the City because Richard Quest is a world famous journalist and his show has millions viewers around the world. Last year, in the midst of the pandemic, I was again invited to be a guest on this show at a time when the UK put us on the red list, and now Quest Means Business is coming to the City of Dubrovnik and on June 10 we will have a live conversation from our city. The show will run for a full two and a half hours on CNN, and the main topic will be our City. Thank you to everyone who believed in us because everything we did and are doing today is slowly showing. We continue to promote our city,” said Franković.
One of the guests of the well-known journalist, Richard Quest, an expert on global economic trends, will be Prime Minister Andrej Plenković.
The show will last as long as 2 and a half hours, and the focus will be on opening of tourism after the pandemic. The main topics that Quest discussed with Plenković are also the topics of the show - the opening of Croatia and preparations and expectations from the tourist season, then the economic recovery, and plans to join Schengen and the euro area. The conversation with Plenković was recorded earlier in Opatija.
