Coronavirus Dubrovnik – 63 new cases of Covid-19 across Dubrovnik-Neretva County in past 24 hours

In the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, 63 new cases of coronavirus infection were recorded in the last 24 hours (20 determined by rapid antigen test).

These are 19 people from Dubrovnik, nine from Vela Luka, eight from Metković and Opuzen, five from Ploče, four from Orebić, two from Blato and Trpanj, one from Dubrovacko primorje, Konavle, Ston and Zupa, and two non-residents in the area of our county.

A total of 28 males and 35 females were infected, and 45 of them had an established epidemiological link.

One male person from Zupa (born in 1960) died.

91 people made a full recovery - 28 from Dubrovnik, 23 from Metković, eight from Ploče, six from Opuzen, five from Konavle, four from Slivno and Župa dubrovačka, three from Ston, two from Dubrovacko primorje, Kula Norinska and Zažablje, one from Korčula, from Mljet, from Pojezerje and one person who does not have a residence in our county.

In the last 24 hours, 310 samples were processed, and a total of 62,096 samples have been analyzed since the beginning of the pandemic.

64 people tested positive for coronavirus are currently hospitalized in the Dubrovnik General Hospital. Five patients require intensive care, of which three are on invasive ventilation, one on non-invasive ventilation, and one on oxygen.

There are 1,086 people in self-isolation, and in the last 24 hours there have been no violations of the self-isolation measure.
