In the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, 86 new cases of coronavirus infection were recorded in the last 24 hours (30 determined by a rapid antigen test).
These are 26 people from Dubrovnik, 17 from Metković, ten from Orebić, eight from Ploče, seven from Vela Luka, four from Župa dubrovačka, three from Kula Norinska and Opuzen, two from Blato and Konavle and one each from Korčula, Mljet, Pojezerje and Zažablja.
A total of 45 males and 41 females were infected, and 51 of them had an established epidemiological link.
Unfortunately, two people died in the past 24 hours, one male from Ploče (born in 1936) and one female from Dubrovnik (born in 1936).
84 people made a full recovery - 33 from Dubrovnik, 12 from Metković, 11 from Župa dubrovačka, nine from Ploče, eight from Konavle, four from Kula Norinska, three from Dubrovacko Primorje, and one each from Orebić, Pojezerje, Slivno and Ston.
In the last 24 hours, 399 samples were processed, and since the beginning of the pandemic, a total of 57,227 samples have been analysed.
71 people tested positive for coronavirus are currently hospitalized in the Dubrovnik General Hospital. Three patients require intensive care, of which one is on invasive and two are on non-invasive ventilation.
There are 1,470 people in self-isolation, and in the last 24 hours there have been no violations of the self-isolation measure.
