In the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, 116 new cases of coronavirus infection were recorded in the last 24 hours (73 were determined by a rapid antigen test).
These are 39 people from Dubrovnik, 29 from Metković, nine from Kula Norinska, eight from Blato, seven from Župa dubrovačka, five from Ploče, three from Konavle, Vela Luka and Zažablje, two from Opuzen and Orebić, one from Janjina, Pojezerje , Slivno and Ston and two people who do not reside in the county.
A total of 61 males and 55 females were infected, and 68 of them had an established epidemiological link.
Unfortunately, one male from Dubrovnik (born in 1953) and one female from Metković (1933) died in the past 24 hours.
95 people made a full recovery - 27 from Metković, 18 from Ploče, 16 from Dubrovnik, 12 from Župa dubrovačka, eight from Konavle, five from Kula Norinska, four from Pojezerje, one from Opuzen, Orebić and Zažablje and two people who do not reside in the county.
In the last 24 hours, 393 samples were processed, and since the beginning of the pandemic, a total of 56,327 samples have been analysed.
71 people tested positive for coronavirus are currently hospitalized in the Dubrovnik General Hospital. Two patients require intensive care, one on invasive and one on non-invasive ventilation.
There are 1,423 people in self-isolation, and in the last 24 hours there have been two violations of the self-isolation measure (at the border).
