Coronavirus Croatia – 291 new cases of Covid-19 detected in Croatia in past 24 hours – 2 fatalities

In the last 24 hours, 291 new cases of Covid-19 virus were detected in Croatia. This now brings the number of active cases across Croatia to 2,567, of which there are 320 people in hospital and 27 people on a ventilator. Unfortunately, over the past 24-hour period 2 people have passed away due to Covid-19, the National Civil Protection Headquarters said on Thursday.

Since February 25, 2020, when the first case of infection was recorded in Croatia, a total of 12,917 people have been infected with Covid-19, of which 208 have died and 10,142 have recovered.

There are currently 8711 people in self-isolation.

To date, a total of 205,256 people have been tested, of which 4,118 in the last 24 hours.

The City of Zagreb, with 63 new cases, and the Split-Dalmatia County, with 61 new cases, were the two most effected regions of Croatia.
