Over the past 24 hours 81 new cases of Covid-19 have been recorded in the Republic of Croatia, meaning that currently the number of active cases is 1,032.
139 people are currently in hospital, with nine patients on a ventilator and over the past 24 hours, 1,136 people were tested.
Since the beginning of the epidemic, 4,715 people have been infected, 3,555 people have recovered, and 128 people have died so far. So far, a total of 109,358 people have been tested, of which 1,136 were tested in the past 24 hours.
The Minister of Health, Vili Beroš, revealed the number of new cases at the Government session, at the same time correcting the head of the Croatian Institute of Public Health, Krunoslav Capak, who initially stated that today we have 84 new cases.
"Today we have 84 newly infected, which is a slightly lower number than in previous days. The numbers are a little down, there is a slight downward trend, which we hope will intensify," said Krunoslav Capak, after meeting in the Government.
