Written by  Jul 22, 2020

Eurowings re-established traffic to Croatia in May, and since then it has been increasing the number of weekly flights and routes to Croatian airports every month. Compared to this month, when Eurowings operates 23 weeks of flights to Croatia, from August there will be 9 more, a total of 32 – Croatian Aviation reports.

Most lines, as usual, will be from six German destinations to Split Airport:
line Hamburg - Split, instead of the previous two, three flights a week (Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays),
line Stuttgart - Split, instead of the previous two, four flights a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays),
line Dusseldorf - Split, instead of the previous three, five flights a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, Saturdays twice a day),
line Cologne - Split, instead of the previous five, four flights a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays),
the Hanover - Split line is reintroduced, once a week, every Saturday, from August 1st,
the Berlin - Split line is reintroduced, once a week, every Saturday, from 1st of August too.

As for Zagreb Airport, it will continue to be connected to two destinations, Cologne and Stuttgart, but the number of weekly flights on both routes will increase:
line Cologne - Zagreb, instead of the previous three, four flights a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays),
line Stuttgart - Zagreb, instead of the previous two, four flights a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays).

The lines Dusseldorf - Pula, Hamburg - Rijeka and Cologne - Zadar will continue to operate as in July, with one flight per week. Two already existing lines to Rijeka and Zadar will operate more often than in July:
line Dusseldorf - Rijeka, instead of the current one flight, will operate twice a week (Saturdays and Sundays),
line Stuttgart - Zadar, instead of the previous two, will fly three times a week (Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays).

The line to Osijek is being re-introduced, and it will also be the only regular international line from this airport. The Stuttgart - Osijek line will operate once a week, every Sunday, from August 2nd, on the A319 aircraft.

According to Croatian Aviation, Eurowings didn't announce traffic to Dubrovnik, so this airport is the only one in Croatia according to which this company has not yet announced the re-establishment of regular traffic.
