By  May 05, 2020

A total of 2,112 people in Croatia have been infected with COVID-19 and in the past 24 hours another 11 new cases have been detected. From the total number of people infected 1,560 have made a full recovery and unfortunately 83 people have died.

Due to the extremely favourable situation, the easing of COVID-19 restrictions has begun and we are currently in the second phase, with a third planned on the 11th of May.

"We are allowing yachts over 24 metres in length to sail to Croatia, but only for overhaul or repair," said the Interior Minister Davor Bozinovic, and then Director of the Public Health Institute Krunoslav Capak spoke about wedding ceremonies “We have expanded the number of participants allowed. Now the family can attend, not just the immediate family. Of course, all the measures are as usual. Wedding receptions are not allowed yet, only weddings in churches and offices.”
