Written by  Mar 10, 2020

At a press conference yesterday, the National Civil Protection Headquarters announced on Monday that all foreign nationals coming to Croatia from the areas of the world worst affected by the coronavirus outbreak would have to spend a minimum of 14 days in mandatory quarantine.

Minister Davor Bozinovic also said that everyone else coming to Croatia from affected countries, but not from the worst crisis areas, will have to spend 14 days in self-isolation.

"We recommend that everyone consider the delay in traveling abroad, especially in countries affected by the coronavirus, due to the worsening situation in the world," Bozinovic said.

The minister added that it is recommended that all public gatherings attended by more than a thousand people should be postponed until further delay.
