First airline cancels flights to Croatia as fear of coronavirus spreads

Korean Air has closed reservations between Seoul and Zagreb due to fears of coronavirus. The airline was due to start flights between Croatia and South Korea on the 31st of March this year with three flights planned every week, however as South Korea is fighting the outbreak of coronavirus flights have been pushed back until the 25th of April.

Croatian airports have already introduced monitoring of all passengers coming from South Korea.

The website of Korean Air contains lots of information for passengers on the flight cancellations all over the world, including Zagreb, with the remark that “Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), some routes/flights are cancelled.”
