Great news for the tourist sector and gastronomy comes from one of the world's leading restaurant guides – The Michelin Guide – hrturizam.hr reports.
This year three cities were added to the printed edition of the Michelin Guide: Main Cities of Europe 2019: Restaurants & Hotels, and two of them are in Croatia! Zagreb and Dubrovnik are on the list, just like Revjavik.
The new MICHELIN guide offers a range of restaurants and hotels in 38 European cities, who were chosen by anonymous trained inspectors who used the famous Michelin Food Assessment System, using a similar process for hotels.
In Croatia there are currently 62 restaurants labeled with Michelin plates or stars.
Zagreb's Restaurants: Noel, Apetit City, Zinfandel's, Takenoko, Mano, Dubravkin put, Boban, Mundoaka, Bistro apetit by Marin Rendic, Agava, Gallo and Le Bistro Esplanade are in the prestigious company of the MICHELIN Gourmet Guide for 2018. Michelin stars were well deserved by Pelegrini restaurant from Sibenik, 360º from Dubrovnik and Monte from Rovinj.
