The Croatian coastline is undoubtedly one of the most pristine and breathtakingly beautiful sights in the Mediterranean and attracts millions of international tourists every year. And more and more foreign investors are attracted to find their place in the Adriatic sunshine, even though prices are soaring the demand for high-end real estate in Croatia is rising rapidly.
According to Sotheby’s International Realty Croatia director, Marko Pazanin, demand for luxury real estate and villas in Croatia is up a whopping 25 percent on last year.
A sea front property on the Croatian coastline can set you back millions with prices in Dubrovnik the highest in the country, however according to Sotheby’s real estate this isn’t deterring buyers from finding their dream home. “Our clients are mostly German, Austrian, Czech and Slovakian nationals, followed by clients from Scandinavian countries and England,” commented Pazanin at a press conference. Adding that the demand has increased by 25 percent on 2017. He also revealed that the three most interesting locations for foreign buyers are Dubrovnik and the islands of Hvar and Brac.
