Croatia is out of Eurovision song contest this year – that was decided last night, at the first semi-final night. Franka Batelic, Croatian representative, really did her best, however that wasn't enough for the jury and the public. Song 'Crazy' didn't make it the grand finale, which will be held on Saturday.

Although she didn't make it to the finals, Franka received a number of praises on social networks for her performance at the first semi-final night of Eurovision. Some fans really got mad, saying that she was robbed and that she should've been placed in the finals.

Franka followed Jacques Houdek as the Croatian representative. Houdek qualified to the grand finale of the 2017 contest, where he placed 13th with 138 points.

Finalists from the first semifinals of 2018 Eurosong are Austria, Estonia, Cyprus, Lithuania, Israel, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Albania, Finland and Ireland
