According to the latest report from the Thomas Cook Group, this season Croatia is among the top four most desirable destinations in Europe.
This year one of the leading British tour operators has recorded a 12 percent increase in bookings for summer holidays in Croatia, Greece, Cyprus, and Bulgaria in comparison to the same period last year.
The tour operator also pointed out to the recovery in bookings for Turkey and Egypt, whilst travellers' demand for most popular Spanish destinations stagnates.
“Thomas Cook has delivered a good performance in the first six months. The progress we’ve made on our strategy helped achieve a 3 percent increase in revenues, with strong customer demand for our holidays despite the competitive environment,” commented the CEO of Thomas Cook Peter Fankhauser.
