The highest average monthly net salary in legal entities for January in Zagreb was paid in the extraction of crude oil and natural gas industry, amounting to 2,184 euros.

The lowest salary was paid in the production of leather and related products, amounting to 864 euros.

The median net salary for January of this year was 1,201 euros, meaning that half of the employees earned less, and half earned more than that amount.

The average monthly gross salary per employee in legal entities in the City of Zagreb for January 2024 was 1,987 euros, which is an increase of 4.5 percent compared to December 2023, and an increase of 12.5 percent compared to January 2023.
