Croatia Airlines plans to increase the number of flights by 12 percent and introduce new international routes in the winter flight schedule from October 29 of this year to March 30 of next year, as announced by the national carrier on Wednesday.
With a total of 23 international routes, Croatia Airlines will connect seven domestic airports to 13 international destinations, while simultaneously fulfilling the obligation to connect Croatia through domestic routes from Zagreb to Split, Dubrovnik, Pula, and Zadar, as well as flights between Pula and Zadar.
A new addition is the direct flight from Zadar to Munich, which will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The year-round Osijek – Munich route will also operate throughout the winter on Mondays and Fridays.
Flights will continue on the following routes: Split – Copenhagen on Saturdays; Split – London Heathrow on Saturdays; Dubrovnik – Frankfurt on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sunday afternoons, with the option to adjust the flight schedule as needed; and Zagreb – Mostar three times a week.
Similar to the previous winter season, flights will be extended on Wednesdays and Saturdays for the Split – Zurich route, Thursdays and Sundays for the Rijeka – Munich route, and a new route will operate between Pula and Zurich on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
