Starting in July, Qatar Airways will be increasing the frequency of its flights between Doha and Zagreb.
The airline will introduce an additional three weekly flights, bringing the total to ten flights per week starting from July 2nd. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, there will be two daily rotations, reports EX-YU Aviation.
All flights will be operated using Airbus A320 aircraft. This increase in frequencies is a significant improvement compared to last year when there were only three to five flights per week. However, it is still fewer than the fourteen weekly flights that were available between the two capitals before the COVID-19 pandemic.
In 2022, Qatar Airways handled 49,885 passengers on the Zagreb route, which is a 61.9% decrease compared to the pre-pandemic year of 2019.
