The global fast food chain McDonald's is looking for as many as 80 workers for its restaurants across Croatia, writes Danica.hr
More than 30 workers are wanted for food preparation in restaurants, of which 18 are in Zagreb alone, and jobs are being offered in Varaždin, Velika Gorica, Karlovac, Sisak and other cities. Workers are also needed in future restaurant at the Sesvete rest stop on the Varaždin-Zagreb highway, near Sveta Helena.
McDonald's restaurant at the Sesvete rest area should be open by the end of the year at the latest.
The restaurant chain is also looking for 15 workers at McCafe, of which nine are vacant in the Zagreb area.
McDonald's is also looking for more seasonal workers who are offered temporary work during the tourist season and wants to employ about 20 students, among others in Koprivnica, Bjelovar and Varaždin.
The fast food chain in Croatia employs about 3,000 people in 40 restaurants and 18 cities in Croatia. They serve more than 40,000 guests daily.
The average net salary for the starting position from this year is 930 euro. The salary includes allowances for working in the afternoon, at night, on Sundays, on holidays, transportation, etc.
