The rate of vaccination against Covid-19 in Croatia is well below the European Union average.
Only 55 percent of the total population have received the second dose, while the European average is 72 percent, a full 17 percent higher.
Almost 6 percent of EU residents have actually received the fourth booster dose, whilst in Croatia the administration of the fourth booster dose is going extremelly slowly and so far only 2,600 people have received it.
