The continued support for the people of Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression is growing with the Mayor of Zagreb, Tomislav Tomašević, sending a new message via his Facebook account.
The Mayor wrote on his Facebook account that “The city of Zagreb is ready to provide all possible assistance to refugees from Ukraine. We will install several locations for possible acceptance of refugees, depending on the needs. This is the least we can do in solidarity with the citizens of Ukraine and the human tragedy they are going through. I strongly condemn the aggression in Ukraine, which will destroy many lives - the violence must be stopped so that the innocent do not continue to suffer.”
Yesterday the Croatian Deputy Prime Minister, Davor Božinović, also stated that Croatia is ready to accept Ukrainian refugees if required.
