In the last 24 hours, 9,157 new cases of Covid-19 virus infection were recorded, and the number of active cases in Croatia today is 55,500. Among them, 1,755 people are in hospital, of which 216 are on respirators.
Unfortunately, a further 23 people died in the past 24 hours.
Since February 25, 2020, when the first case of infection was recorded in Croatia, a total of 794,190 people have been infected with the new coronavirus, of which 13,006 have died, a total of 725,684 have recovered, of which 6,685 recovered in the last 24 hours.
Currently, 22,292 people are in self-isolation.
To date, a total of 3,941,654 people have been tested, of which 19,786 were tested in the last 24 hours.
As of January 12, 2022, 4,901,094 doses of vaccine have been used, and 56.06 percent of the total population and 66.76 percent of the adult population have been vaccinated.
