The Turkish national airline, Turkish Airlines, a member of the Star Alliance group, has announced its flight schedule for December this year. In the last month of this year, this well-known airline will operate to Dubrovnik and Zagreb, a total of up to 12 times a week on two routes to Croatia, reports Croatian Aviation.
Compared to November, Turkish Airlines will have only one less flight a week to Zagreb in December, but this will also be offset by the use of higher capacity aircraft on the route between Istanbul and Zagreb. In December, there will be a line to Dubrovnik.
Turkish Airlines plans to operate 10 times a week between Zagreb and Istanbul in December, one flight a week less than in November. In December, Turkish will operate twice a day on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays, and once a day on other days.
The line between Dubrovnik and Istanbul also continues to operate in December, twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. So far, Turkish has cancelled only two flights to Dubrovnik in November.
According to current announcements, there will be 9 return flights between Dubrovnik and Istanbul in December, with A320 announced for 7 flights and smaller A319 aircraft for only two flights. Turkish will offer a total of 2,646 seats between the two cities in December, which is definitely enough this winter season when the number of tourists in Croatia is very low outside the summer season due to the impact of the pandemic.
