Coronavirus Croatia - over 2,000 new cases of Covid-19 in Croatia in past 24 hours

The National Civil Protection Headquarters has published new data on coronavirus infections in Croatia.

In the last 24 hours, 2,022 new cases of Covid-19 virus infection were recorded, and the number of active cases in Croatia today is a total of 9,092.

Among them, 855 people are in hospital, of which 128 are on ventilators.

Unfortunately, a further 27 people died over the past 24-hour period.

Since February 25, 2020, when the first case of infection was recorded in Croatia, a total of 421,057 people have been infected, of which 8,829 died, a total of 403,136 people have recovered, of which 971 recovered in the last 24 hours.

There are currently 17,305 people in self-isolation.

To date, a total of 2,935,176 people have been tested, of which 10,218 in the last 24 hours.

As of October 12, 2021, 3,496,972 doses of vaccine have been used, and 45.80 percent of the total population and 54.91 percent of the adult population have been vaccinated. On 12.10.2021 6,030 doses of vaccine were used, of which 3,359 persons were vaccinated with the first dose.
