In the last 24 hours, 1,394 new cases of Covid-19 virus infection were recorded, and the number of active cases in Croatia today is a total of 7,991.
Among them, 651 people are in hospital, of which 77 are on ventilators.
Unfortunately, a further 9 people passed away in the last 24-hour period.
Since February 25, 2020, when the first case of infection was recorded in Croatia, a total of 389,654 people have been infected, of which 8,481 died, a total of 373,182 people have recovered, of which 1,037 recovered in the last 24 hours.
There are currently 18,710 people in self-isolation.
To date, a total of 2,706,528 people have been tested, of which 11,159 were tested in the last 24 hours.
As of September 16, 3,356,659 doses of vaccine had been consumed, and 43.76% of the total population and 52.52% of the adult population had been vaccinated. On 16 September, 8,039 doses of vaccine were administered, of which 5,084 persons were vaccinated with the first dose.
