Coronavirus Croatia – 638 new cases of Covid-19 in Croatia - new case numbers remain high

In the last 24 hours, 638 new cases of Covid-19 infection were recorded, and the number of active cases in Croatia today is a total of 3,253.

Among them, 358 people are in hospital, of which 43 are on ventilators. 

Unfirtunately, a further 6 people died in the past 24 hours.

Since February 25, 2020, when the first case of infection was recorded in Croatia, a total of 371,623 people have been infected, of which 8,316 have died, a total of 360,054 people have recovered, 330 of them in the last 24 hours.

There are currently 7,058 people in self-isolation.

To date, a total of 2,501,327 people have been tested, of which 10,428 in the last 24 hours.

As of August 25, 3,236,170 doses of vaccine were consumed, and 42.09 percent of the total population and 50.57 percent of the adult population were vaccinated. On August 25, 8,746 doses of the vaccine were consumed, of which 4,452 persons were vaccinated with the first dose.
