Last night, Croatia Airlines flew for the first time this year between Split and Prague, the first flight on this new seasonal route. The Croatian national airline will operate this route every Saturday until the middle of September. And as tourists from the Czech Republic are showing great interest for holidays in Croatia this summer season these flights should prove popular.
"By introducing direct international flights between Prague and Split, Czech tourists are offered an even better choice of travel to the Croatian part of the Mediterranean and are even closer to the natural, cultural and historical beauties of the Republic of Croatia," said Slaven Zabo, the director of commercial affairs.
Return airline tickets for flights between Split and Prague are available to passengers at a promotional price starting at 139 Euros.
In the period from June to September this year, Croatia Airlines plans flights from Croatia to 18 European capitals.
