The low-cost airline WizzAir will introduce a new route to Split in their summer flight schedule this year. The airline already operates a number of flights to Split, including from London, Warsaw and Dortmund, and this summer will add a new route from Gdanks, reports Croatian Aviation.
These new flights from the Polish city to Split will commence on the 17th of June and operate on a twice weekly basis, Thursdays and Sundays, until the middle of September.
The new route between Gdansk and Split will be operated by A320 aircraft with a capacity of 180 seats. The company has 26 return flights on sale on this new route, making more than 9,300 seats available on the market between Split and Gdansk.
This is the third WizzAir route from Poland to Split Airport, and Split is also the only destination of this well-known low-cost airline in the Republic of Croatia.
