The popular Dubrovnik eatery “Bistro Tavulin” has once again opened its doors for the new season and as ever the creative staff have been busy preparing new dishes and experiences. Located in the heart of the historic Old City of Dubrovnik, directly behind the iconic St. Blaise Church, Bistro Tavulin is always a magnet for locals and tourists and due to its unique location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets, is both central and charming.
And with the coming of a new season so Bistro Tavulin reopened its doors on the 1st of March with all of the old favourites on the menu that guests have tried and recommended as well as a couple of new beauties. This year you’ll be able to taste baby-beef carpaccio (with pine seeds, rocket, cheese marinated in olive oil, honey and mustard dressing) and cuttlefish ragout (with baked Roman gnocchi and onion jam) and homemade tortellini filled with Adriatic shrimps (beurre blanc, cheese from Pag, rock samphire and thyme.)
And for the International Women’s Day this Michelin listed Dubrovnik restaurant has prepared two special menus for the big day.
International Women's Day is celebrated on the 8th of March every year and is a focal point in the movement for women's rights. International Women's Day is a public holiday in many countries and largely celebrates womanhood.
