“It is a stunning country and I recommend it highly. I would rank it in my top three,” commented Jason Pires, the co-anchor of the popular CTV Morning Live Vancouver after a recent holiday in Croatia.

A short video highlighting the delights of the Croatia Dalmatian coast appeared on the morning show in Canada with Pires singing the praises of the country. Of course Dubrovnik made an appearance in the video with Pires commenting that “Dubrovnik has become ever more popular because it is the place where they film Game of Thrones.”

He also visited Split and Korcula and brought back some presents for his co-host, Keri Adams, including lavender soap, Bajadera chocolates and the “national drink” Sljivovica.
