Croatia is a popular holiday destination for people all over the world. The country has a lot to offer tourists, including stunning coastal towns, crystal-clear waters, and lush mountains.

In addition to its natural beauty, Croatia also has a rich history and culture. Visitors can explore medieval towns and castles, as well as enjoy the country's vibrant nightlife scene.

There are plenty of things to do in Croatia no matter what your interests are. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach holiday or an adventure-filled trip, Croatia is sure to please.

Dubrovnik is a top destination

One of the top destinations to visit in Croatia is Dubrovnik. The city is located on the Dalmatian Coast and is known for its beautiful churches, monasteries, and palaces. It's also a popular spot for Game of Thrones fans, as many scenes from the show were filmed in Dubrovnik.

There is plenty to do in the city, with it possible to spend weeks exploring all of the sights. Be sure to wander the old city walls, take a boat ride around the harbor, and visit the Dubrovnik Cathedral. There are a number of casinos that can be visited as well, which could appeal to those who are looking for something different from the online experience that they achieve when they click here and play from their preferred devices.

Split and Zagreb are also popular destinations

Another popular town in Croatia is Split. Located on the Adriatic Sea, Split is known for its beaches, nightlife, and historical sites. The town is home to Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as the Cathedral of Saint Domnius.

If you're looking for a more rural setting, be sure to check out Zagreb. The capital of Croatia, Zagreb is located in the heart of the country and is surrounded by forests and mountains. While there isn't as much to do in Zagreb as there is in other Croatian towns, it's a great place to relax and take in the natural beauty of the country.

Croatia set to become more accessible

Recent news to have emerged from the tourism industry relating to Croatia has been extremely positive in recent weeks, too, meaning that the beautiful country could be about to become even more accessible to many from around Europe to enjoy.

According to statements and announcements coming from Ryanair, the low-cost Irish operator is already planning for further growth in the market as they look to expand operations within the country. Although this will have a positive impact on the country, it could also result in more flight routes from certain destinations around the world being created.

Furthermore, the 2022 summer schedule looks to be exciting for Italians as they will be able to experience Dubrovnik and Split after ITA Airways announced (translated via this link) regular operations to Dubrovnik and Split airports.

Each of the routes will be from Rome, with the planned number of operations almost identical to that of Alitalia in the past as Rome to Split will operate once a week every Thursday through August, whereas the route between Rome and Dubrovnik will also operate once a week through August, however on a Tuesday.
