Cut onion and garlic. Put olive oil into a baking pan and then add onion. Stir everything on a light fire. A few minutes later, add garlic and rice. Cook everything and then add white wine. Let it all rest for a couple of minutes on light fire.
Once the wine evaporates, add a bit of salt, pepper, tsp of vegeta, and prawns. Stir occasionally all the ingredients. Add water as you go and if needed (when the water evaporates) until the rice is done. Cooking time depends on the type of rice you use but it shouldn't be longer than 15 to 20 minutes.
When the rice is cooked, add cooking cream and a bit of parsley. Cook everything a couple of more minutes and then you’re done!
White risotto with prawns is the best to serve while it is warm and oh, it perfectly harmonizes with white wine!
Simple, easy, and tasty – what more could we want! White risotto with prawns is great as a main dish. The ingredients are combined into an amazing mixture of rice, seafood, and cooking cream so all the flavors and aromas are quite seducing!
